Fruit Juice
Great for kids. Growing up we called this juice Otvar.
- 5 cups frozen fruit [raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or mixture]
- 15 cups boiling water
- 3 cups white sugar [substitute honey or brown sugar]
Bring to boil and sieve the cooked fruit. Add less or more sugar to your taste. It ’s healthy and a family favorite.
