Lucy’s Cheese Cake
- 1 large package lemon or lime jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 8 oz. packages creamcheese
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 4 tblsp vanilla
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Prepare graham wafer crust in large 8x 12 inch glass baking pan.
- Dissolve package lemon or lime jello in 2 cups boiling water.
- Cool but not set.
- Cream in mixer 1 ½ cup sugar, 2 large packages cream cheese, whipping cream, vanilla, lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour over crust and chill at least 6 hours in fridge.
